We are selling our tofu to major distributors who in turn are selling our tofu and soy milk to stores, restaurants, delis and other food service companies. If you are a retail food store, restaurant or other tofu user and need a list of distributors for your area please contact us and we will provide this list for you.

Food Service Information Sheet

San Diego Soy Dairy offers bulk vacuum packed tofu for use in secondary applications. These include restaurants, delis, and grocery stores who prepare secondary items to sell in their own stores.

We also provide bulk vacuum packaged tofu to larger companies utilizing tofu in their food production. Quantities from 30 lbs. to 30,000 lbs. Can be accommodated.

The 30-lb. bulk case contains 3 x 10 lb. vacuum packs. Each is 17"x9"x2" and case dimensions are 17"x9"x7". Shelf life in this vacuum package is 28 days and case weight is 34 lbs.

We offer two varieties in the vacuum packed tofu, firm style and herb style. The baked tofu can also be vacuum packed without sauce. These are in smaller pieces however. Please contact us at are e-mail address for more information. Use the link on the left.
